Storage & Thawing
How to Store your Rolls
In the frozen state, the temperature must be maintained at -18*C. Production and expiration dates are located on the carton and written in USA format MM/DD/YYYY.
The frozen shelf life of the product is 365 days from the production date.
Thawing Procedure
This thawing process is crucial. Non adherence to these procedures may cause roll damage.
- Thaw at ambient room temperature and low humidity over 24 hours.
- Allow adequate air flow around frozen product to ensure best thawing by separating cases.
- Avoid direct sun, artificial light exposure, and applying heat to thaw the rolls.
- Keep the product packaged and clipped during and after the thawing process.
Post Thawing
Please use the rolls within 7 days of ambient storage.
